At Yesha Collective, all products are made-to-order. Please allow time for production before your order is shipped.

Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for packages once marked as delivered.
