Items We Cannot Accept for Return or Exchange

Because many of our products are personalized and made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing selected at checkout

  • Personalization details entered incorrectly by the customer

  • Orders where the product matches the information submitted at checkout

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. In certain circumstances, a refund may be issued if a replacement is not possible or another resolution is deemed more appropriate.

  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Photo proof is required for all damage, defect, or incorrect item claims

  • Returns are generally not required unless specifically requested by our team

  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted
